How to create a mask-masked in FLASH

1). First, is you need to put a text or an object you want to put on the stage (in your layer change

it to text or object masked)

2). Second, is you need to go to modify, click on timeline, and click on layer properties

3). Next, in TYPE section you change it to mask....and make sure to LOCK it.

4). Next, add a new layer this time you name it SHAPE mask

5). You will do the same thing...from step 2

6). But, you are going to click on masked this time...and LOCK it also

7). You insert a motion tween on the mask layer..by inserting a key frame 1 you want to select and go to Insert and add a Motion Tween

8). Make sure is in frame 1...the shape you made on mask layer.....move it across the text or object and you will create a motion tween

9). When your done you test movie and your done
